2 handfuls of rasins or other fruit

2 oz butter

Sausage Pie

At least a montly staple in the Anonimum house because its so easy and it doesn't matter if you haven't got- (or forgot like I did this week) an ingredient. It stands up well to a good deal of tot squishing and smells satisfyingly enough of baked goods to make you feel like a domestic goddess.

Saussage meat (sold by unappatising lumps at my local supermarket for £1)- or 6 big bangers
half an onion
A small apple
Garlic (some to taste)
Pepper (and salt if not cooking for tots)
Fresh herbs if avaliable, I used sage and thyme
One pack ready roll puff pastry
I egg
Couple of handfuls of oats

Chop onion, apple, squash and add garlic and herbs and seasoning.
Add saussage meat/squish out the meat from the bangers plus most of a beaten egg
Add oats and mash it all together with a spoon if squeemish but hands much better
Roll out most of the pastry and plop saussage mixture in the middle.
Spread out to no more than a tots fist height.
Secure pasty into a roll and fold over ends. If you put a little milk in with the last bit of beaten egg, this will help act as a glue and any left over can be used to glaze.
Cut shapes out of left over pastry for devoration (or just draw something in with a knife on the top).
Cut air holes and bake for 30 mins at gas 5 ish.
Finished pie should be golden brown

Baked Blackcurrrant Cbeebies Rice

250 ml apple juice  5 level desert spoons pudding rice  some sugar (I guessed at 2 gerenous shokes of the sugar bag) and a handful of blackcurrants.

Measure all ingredients and stir gently. Bake in a shallow dish for 30 mins about gas 4
